Rates

As each handyman project is unique in nature prices can vary based on a number of factors including time, local market, material sourcing, fuel costs and expertise. Each quote is based on the project, and thus we do not extend an "hourly" rate.  Many small projects usually be completed in less than 2 hours.  Our minimum task fee is $80.00.

Payment

We offer a 5% discount for cash payments at time services are rendered, or you can pay online after services are rendered via credit card.

Appointments

Although we try to be as accurate as possible, all appointment times are approximate and we may arrive anytime 30 minutes prior to 30 minutes after scheduled time.  Please plan accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make the approved time we require a 3 hour cancellation notice otherwise a $25.00 fee will be assessed. Also, if no notice is given, and we cannot access the property at the approved appointment time, the same fee applies.

Renting tools from Handyman Lite can save you money compared to hiring a contractor for smaller projects. You can learn how to do the job on your own, following online tutorials, and still get access to high-quality tools without having to buy them. This way, you can work on your own schedule, customize the project to your liking, and avoid extra costs like contractor markups on materials.

That said, if you prefer not to take on the task yourself, I’m more than happy to step in and get the job done for you. Whether you’re looking for DIY tools or a professional to handle the work, I’m here to support you with the right solution for your needs. • Contractor minimum fees are often 10x that of handyman minimums.
• We value contractors as partners for larger home improvement projects!

Handyman Lite is an independently owned and insured LLC based in Niwot, Colorado and serving Niwot, Gunbarrel and surrounding communities. We provide a wide range of residential home maintenance, repair, and replacement services. Dedicated to our community we ensure that your property needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Note: Per our policy we do not work with any service-industry third-party platforms.

License

In Boulder County only work that requires a permit, requires a license...which is why we keep it "Lite". See our "Heavy" list for tasks we currently do not offer.

Insurance

Unlike specialty contractors that are typically licensed, bonded and insured, the handyman typically only carries general liability insurance; which, of course, is why we stay "Lite".

Does my project require a permit?
